Sales and availability of stock (Equipment) 

Registered users may place orders for our Products. All Products are acquired directly from our suppliers as we do not keep stock on hand for security and insurance purpose. Please contact us to find out the availability of our products. 

Payment

We are committed to providing secure online payment facilities. Direct bank deposit or electronic funds transfer: if you pay via direct bank deposit or electronic funds transfer, payment must be made within 2 to 3 working days of placing your order. We will not accept your order if payment has not been received.

Delivery

From the day of your order and from the day we receive your payment delivery of your product may take up to 4 business days. All product will be delivered per hand or via PostNet office.

Software products (Legal Disclaimer)

When you install monitoring software onto a device you do not own or do not have the proper consent to monitor you may be held liable of an offence. You acknowledge that our software will only be uses in a lawful manner. Buy purchasing our software we accept that you own or have the owner’s consent before installing our software. PI Services, nor any of its agents, affiliates, directors, employees & associates may be held liable, responsible or accountable for any type of damage, litigation or other legal action, which may arise either from your legal or illegal use of our software. It is the responsibility of the user to ascertain, and obey all applicable laws in their country in regard to the use of our software for illegal purposes.

Download and Install

After your purchase is complete the system will email the login credentials to the email address specified. Make note of this email and keep it safe. It contains your online portal login details. Your portal will contain your user guide and reference on how to download and install.
